Laguna Mar is a unique costal development comprising 700 acres of beach access, primary growth mangrove forest and beauty beyond compare.  The initial master planning calls for a mixed development including a traditional Costa Rican town, residential homes, condominium units, a boutique hotel, spa and restaurant.  Density will be kept low (approximately 2 acres per unit), and outdoor activities will be the focus.  There will be on site surfing, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, bird watching and, of course, watching the sunset from the hammock on your porch!
