Founded by Ralph Doudera and the Coldwell Banker Agency in 2007, this is the last undeveloped
beachfront area on the Pacific Coast of the Nicoya
Peninsula. English and Spanish are spoken here.

Ralph Doudera
Ralph Doudera began Spectrum Financial, a registered
investment advisory firm in 1987 and has been
involved in Costa Rica activities for more than 15
years. He was co-developer of the Florblanca
Resort in St. Teresa, Costa Rica, one of the
country's premier oceanfront resorts. He is
the author of the book Wealth Conundrum and his
favorite activity in Costa Rica is surfing.

Reese Langston
Reese Langston has his B.A. in Cultural
Anthropology, and graduate work in Latin American
Studies and Business Administration. He is the
managing partner of Loring Costa Rica with 15 years
experience in Translation, Law and Costa Rica Real
Estate.

Pat O'Neil started Loring Investment in 1994 and has
since added the Loring Freshwater Fund and Loring
Costa Rica Fund. Pat has appeared on CNBC-TV,
Business Week Online, CBS Radio and has been written
up in the San Francisco Chronicle, Money Magazine,
the New York Times. Pat's personal interests include
brisk Yoga, brisk walks and 7 brisk grandchildren.

José is our primary legal counsel. As an Attorney
and Public Notary he also provides legal counsel to
the majority of our clients. He specializes in Real
Estate Law and is a member of Stewart Title's Star
System. |

Tatiana is a a licensed realtor from San José and
has her B.A. in Public Relations. She formerly
worked promoting one of Costa Rica's oldest law
firms. Tatiana keeps our office on track and our
staff in line! |

Marvin assists our office with host of important
details, including property management, land
acquistion, upkeep and community relations. He has
lived in San Miguel for many years and gives us
unique insight into the local community. |

Lori Priefer has her B.A. in Accounting from the
Carlson School of Management, University of
Minnesota Twin Cities. She has 6 years experience in
Accounting in the commercial real estate and land
development industries. Lori created the IT and
Accounting systems to allow the Costa Rica and U.S.
offices to run together. |

Karla is a licensed Civil Engineer and grew up in
the family construction business in Costa Rica. Her
most recent project was the condominium complex
where the Loring San Miguel office is located.
Karla's hobbies include swimming, dance and social
work. |

Karine is an Attorney with experience in real estate
and a long track record in the San Miguel area. Her
Grandfather was one of the early founders of this
community. Karine enjoys spending social time with
her husband, clients and friends, when not chasing
after her energetic son. |

Oldemar is a licensed surveyor and assists with
subdivision, master planning and topography. The
tools he provides us are invaluable as our clients
develop and sell property. |
